2. I am semi-retired and work from my laptop as a counselor/teacher. So, I will be spending most of my time at your home with your pets, not using your home as a base while vacationing.  
    

3. I also have experience with property management as well as having owned and remodeled 100+ year old homes. I know the quirks and can spot potential issues before they are problems and I know how to repair or temporarily halt any problems. 
    

4. I am extremely clean, some may even say in an obsessive way, well actually it’s only my grown sons that say that. But I am very neat. Your home will be sparkling clean awaiting your return. I am also very health and green conscious. So if you are as well, you’ll be happy to know that all of my personal products and food habits are organic. I also am very frugal with using things like air conditioning/heat or water. Not only to save you money, but also to save our environment.
    

5. I am very good with people as well as animals and homes. Which means that your neighbors will not be upset at who you left your home with. I am a quiet person who is friendly and actually loves people.
